Norman Park Senior Fitness Center Norman Park continues to promote a healthier lifestyle among older adults! Be on the lookout for the new fitness area, featuring a treadmill, an elliptical cross trainer, stationary recumbent bicycles, a multi station weight machine and more. Circuit training classes will begin in the fall. Construction begins in May. The center is soliciting monetary donation for this project.

A public health nurse will review the patient's personal history and offer recommendations to improve the patient's health.
